We support thousands of recruiting events and conferences each year, which meant our signage needed to be both flexible and instantly recognizable. I developed a modular banner system that allows teams to select the right mix of visuals and messaging for each audience while maintaining a strong, unified brand presence.
The glow banners have been especially effective—helping us stand out in crowded event halls while keeping production simple and repeatable. The result is a scalable system that’s adaptable, impactful, and unmistakably Fidelity.
Before we established our current event system—and prior to the visual rebrand—I designed our event experiences one‑off. This case study highlights the approach I took for the Grace Hopper Celebration, a key event focused on women in tech.
The team wanted something more immersive than a standard booth setup, so I created an experience that invited participation. We introduced a photo booth to draw attendees in and added an interactive panel where participants could write their favorite tech topics. This not only energized the space but also made the booth visually active, helping attract more visitors and encouraging meaningful conversations with recruiters.
The activation was a strong success, both in engagement and in reinforcing our presence at the event.
